Part of the Sanvijay Group, we operate across five manufacturing plants and are in an active phase of operational transformation — ERP implementation, capacity expansion, and sustainable manufacturing practices are at the heart of our growth agenda.Role DescriptionWe are looking for a sharp, highly organised Senior Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Director's office. This is a high-trust, high-visibility role at the centre of a dynamic manufacturing group, requiring someone who can manage complexity, handle confidential matters with discretion, and operate with genuine ownership rather than just task completion.QualificationsProficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and documentation preparationExperience in preparing and managing Expense Reports and budgetsStrong skills in Executive Support and ensuring operational efficiency for senior leadership teamsExcellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to professionally interact with internal and external stakeholdersProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software toolsPrior experience in working with senior leadership in a corporate setting is preferredBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is a plusManage the Director's calendar, travel, and communications end-to-end — proactively resolving conflicts and anticipating needsPrepare and review correspondence, reports, presentations, and briefing documents across manufacturing operations, HR, finance, and strategic initiativesCoordinate with plant heads, department leads, and external stakeholders to track action items and ensure follow-throughHandle sensitive business information — financials, HR matters, commercial data — with absolute discretionManage a small team of administrative staff where requiredWhat we are Looking for 5+ years in a senior EA or PA role, ideally supporting C-suite or Director-level stakeholders in a manufacturing, industrial, or multi-site businessExcellent written and verbal communication in English and Hindi; Marathi a plusProficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and communication toolsStrong organisational skills — comfortable managing multiple priorities under tight deadlinesHigh emotional intelligence, political awareness, and an ability to build trust with internal and external stakeholdersBachelor's degree minimum; MBA or management diploma preferred
