The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end data solutioning, architecture design, and driving implementation across large-scale data platforms.This role requires ownership mindset, strong technical depth, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance data architectures on GCPOwn end-to-end data solutioning including data ingestion, processing, storage, and analyticsDefine data models, data pipelines, and architecture standardsWork closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutionsLead architectural decisions and ensure best practices in data governance, security, and complianceOptimize data workflows for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiencyMentor engineering teams and guide implementation of data solutionsRequired Skills & Experience10–12 years of experience in data engineering/data architectureStrong hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)Expertise in GCP services such as:BigQueryDataflowPub/SubCloud StorageDataprocExperience in building large-scale data pipelines (batch & real-time)Strong knowledge of data warehousing, ETL/ELT, and data modelingProficiency in SQL and programming languages like Python/Java/ScalaExperience with data governance, security, and compliance frameworksStrong problem-solving and stakeholder management skillsPreferred QualificationsGCP Certification (Mandatory/Highly Preferred)Experience with modern data stack and cloud-native architecturesExposure to DevOps/DataOps practicesExperience in handling large-scale enterprise data platforms
