Role OverviewWe’re looking for a Sales Manager who can drive new business for our Brand Reputation and Strategic Communications unit. This role is focused on identifying opportunities, building relationships, and converting leads into long-term partnerships.You’ll work closely with leadership, strategy, and client servicing teams to shape solutions that address real business and reputation challenges.Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & ProspectingIdentify and build a pipeline of potential clients across sectorsProactively reach out via networking, LinkedIn, industry events, and referralsSpot opportunities where brand reputation, PR, or strategic communications can create impactBusiness DevelopmentOwn the end-to-end sales cycle from outreach to closureUnderstand client challenges and translate them into strategic opportunitiesCollaborate with internal teams to build tailored pitches and proposalsClient Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makersPosition the agency as a strategic partner, not just a vendorEnsure smooth handover to servicing teams post-closureMarket IntelligenceStay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and client movementsIdentify emerging opportunities in reputation management, crisis communications, and digital PRRevenue OwnershipMeet and exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targetsMaintain a healthy pipeline and accurate sales forecastsWhat We’re Looking For8 -10 years of experience in sales/business development (agency experience preferred)Strong understanding of PR, brand reputation, or marketing solutionsProven ability to close high-value dealsExcellent communication and storytelling skillsA strong network across industries is a big plusSelf-starter who doesn’t need babysitting to chase leadsNice to Have (But Not Mandatory)Experience selling integrated communications or PR servicesExisting relationships with marketing/communications headsComfort working in a fast-paced agency environmentWhat Success Looks LikeConsistent pipeline of high-quality leadsStrong conversion rate from pitch to closureRevenue growth for the unitLong-term client relationships, not one-off dealsWhy Join UsOpportunity to build and scale a high-impact business unitWork closely with leadership on strategic growthExposure to diverse industries and reputation challenges
