This is an excellent opportunity to develop valuable skills in sales, networking and market research while working alongside experienced professionals in the staffing and recruitment industry. Responsibilities:Prospect & Outreach: Identify and engage potential clients through research, networking and outreach efforts via LinkedIn, email, and cold calling.Lead Generation: Assist in sourcing and qualifying business leads for staffing and IT consulting opportunities.Market Research: Analyze industry trends, competitors, and hiring needs to identify business growth opportunities.CRM & Database Management: Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions in the company's CRM system.
