Website Development & CustomisationBuild, customise, and optimise WordPress websites and Shopify themes using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and Liquid. Develop responsive product pages, service pages, collection pages, landing pages, and blog templates tailored for SEO and conversion. Implement custom functionalities using WordPress plugins, custom fields, Shopify APIs, metafields, and third-party integrations. Create scalable and reusable code structures to ensure easy maintenance and future updates. Ensure all websites follow clean code practices, responsive design, and accessibility standards.2. Performance & Speed OptimisationImprove Core Web Vitals by optimising assets, lazy-loading images, and reducing render-blocking scripts. Minify CSS/JS, compress media, and leverage caching strategies to ensure fast page loads. Implement and manage CDNs (e.g., Cloudflare) for enhanced delivery speed. Conduct regular performance audits to ensure all websites meet speed and UX benchmarks.3. Technical SEO ImplementationCreate SEO-friendly page structures with proper meta tags, schema markup, and internal linking. Implement structured data (products, reviews, FAQs, breadcrumbs, articles). Fix crawl errors, canonical issues, and indexation gaps across WordPress and Shopify websites. Ensure URLs, redirects, and XML sitemaps follow SEO and site migration best practices.4. Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)Collaborate with design and SEO teams to A/B test key landing pages and templates. Implement CRO-driven features such as sticky CTAs, quick add-to-cart, improved product sections, and exit-intent popups. Improve mobile-first UX to increase engagement and conversion rates.5. Analytics & TrackingSet up and validate GA4, Google Search Console, and Microsoft Clarity tracking. Support technical audits and implement fixes based on insights from Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and GSC. Assist in preparing performance and technical health reports for clients.6. Blog & Content Template EnhancementsEnsure blog templates are SEO-friendly, fast-loading, and structured for schema-rich results. Integrate related products, internal links, or CTAs to drive conversions from content pages. Support the content team with layout, UX, and page design improvements to increase engagement.
