We focus on delivering high-quality, cost-effective solutions while building strong, long-term client relationships.As we scale and move towards a more process-driven organization, we are looking for professionals who can bring structure, accuracy, and commercial clarity to our projects.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Commercial / Estimation Engineer who will be responsible for preparing competitive and accurate project estimates, analyzing tenders, and supporting the business development and execution teams with strong commercial inputs.This is a critical role that directly impacts project profitability and business growth.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze tender documents, BOQs, drawings, and technical specificationsPrepare detailed rate analysis and cost estimatesDevelop and submit competitive quotationsCoordinate with the business development team for inquiries and proposalsNegotiate with clients, vendors, and subcontractorsIdentify cost optimization opportunitiesMaintain a database of rates, vendors, and historical project dataSupport project teams with commercial inputs during executionRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field5 years of experience in estimation / commercial roles (construction or industrial projects preferred)Strong understanding of rate analysis, BOQ, and costingGood communication and negotiation skillsHigh attention to detail and structured working styleProficiency in Excel and estimation tools/software
