You will collaborate with various teams, including account managers, creative teams, and data analysts, to develop effective and impactful digital media strategies that align with clients' goals and objectives.Collaborate with account managers and internal teams to understand marketing objectives and develop digital media strategiesConduct research on target audiences, industry trends, and competitive landscape to inform media planning decisionsIdentify and evaluate digital media channels (e.g., display advertising, social media, search engine marketing, mobile advertising) based on their effectiveness in reaching target audiences and delivering desired outcomesCollaborate with media buyers to negotiate favorable terms, including rates, placements, and added value opportunities with media vendors and publishersDevelop comprehensive media plans, including budget allocation, media mix recommendations, and campaign timelines.Qualification:A full-time graduate degree (Mandatory)Proven experience (typically 2-3 years) in digital media planning, preferably in an agency or marketing environmentStrong understanding of digital marketing channels, including display advertising, social media, search engine marketing, and mobile advertisingFamiliarity with advertising platforms such asBachelor's degree in marketing, advertising. communications, or a related fieldGoogle Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, or programmatic platformsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify insights.Strong analytical skills and logical reasoning to manage daily deliverablesExcellent written and verbal communication skills
