About UsWe are a well-established dermatology and aesthetic clinics in Gurgaon offering advanced skin & hair treatments including lasers, anti-aging therapies, skin rejuvenation and evidence-based dermatology.Our focus is simple: ethical practice, excellent patient experience, and visible results.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Clinic Manager & Aesthetic Counsellor with prior experience in dermatology , skin or aesthetic clinics ONLY.This role combines patient counselling, treatment sales conversions, follow-ups, and clinic operations management.You will work closely with dermatologists to guide patients through treatment plans while ensuring high conversion, retention, and patient satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesPatient counseling and conversions• Counsel patients for laser treatments, anti-aging procedures, skin rejuvenation and dermatology treatments• Explain treatment plans, expected results, pricing and timelines• Convert consultations into paid treatment plans• Address patient queries and handle objections professionally• Drive monthly treatment revenue targetsFollow ups and patient retention• Ensure strong consultation follow-ups and lead conversion• Manage treatment package sales and repeat treatments• Build long-term patient relationships and ensure high satisfactionClinic Operations• Manage daily clinic operations and front desk workflow• Coordinate with dermatologists and therapists for treatment scheduling• Maintain patient records, treatment plans and follow-up schedules• Ensure hygiene protocols and clinic standards are maintainedRequirementsMinimum 3 years experience in a dermatology / aesthetic clinicExperience in patient counselling and treatment salesProven track record in conversions and package salesFamiliar with laser treatments, injectables, or skin proceduresComfortable handling patients, consultations, and follow-upsProfiles without dermatology / aesthetic clinic experience will not be considered.What We OfferWork with experienced dermatologistsProfessional, growth-oriented work environmentOpportunity to build a long-term career in aesthetics
