Senior Hardware Design Engineer (8+ Years Experience)We are seeking a seasoned Senior Hardware Design Engineer to lead the development of next-generation electronic systems. In this role, you will bridge the gap between high-level architectural concepts and physical reality, overseeing the entire hardware lifecycle from initial schematics to mass production. The ideal candidate is a technical expert in electronics design and PCB layout who possesses the natural leadership ability to mentor junior engineers and drive complex projects to completion.Key Responsibilities#System Architecture & Design: Lead the design and development of complex analog, digital, and mixed-signal hardware systems.End-to-End PCB Design: Execute and oversee high-speed, multi-layer PCB layouts, ensuring integrity for signal (SI), power (PI), and thermal management.Technical Leadership: Act as the primary technical lead for hardware projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams (Firmware, Mechanical, and Manufacturing) to meet project milestones.Prototyping & Validation: Perform rigorous hands-on testing, debugging, and validation of hardware prototypes using oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers, and logic analyzers.Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior and mid-level hardware engineers, conducting thorough design reviews to ensure best practices and high-quality output.Compliance & Standards: Ensure all designs meet relevant industry standards (EMI/EMC, UL, CE, etc.) and environmental regulations.Preferred AttributesInnovative Problem Solver: Ability to troubleshoot complex hardware failures at the root cause level.DFx Knowledge: Strong grasp of Design for Manufacturing (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA), and Design for Test (DFT) principles.Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders.Agility: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving requirements.Note to Candidates: We are looking for a visionary engineer who doesn't just /"build boards/" but designs robust, scalable solutions that define the future of our product line.Send resume to and cc
