We're a small, dynamic team and we care about quality — in our products and in how we work.The RoleWe're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented person to support the day-to-day running of the business. This is a varied role that sits across logistics coordination, basic accounting, and general administration. It suits someone who is organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently.What You'll Be Doing•⁠ ⁠Coordinating shipments, creating waybills and following up with courier partners and freight forwarders•⁠ ⁠Tracking orders and shipments and flagging delays or issues•⁠ ⁠Creating packing lists, invoices and purchase orders•⁠ ⁠Inventory management of products and supplies•⁠ ⁠Tracking pricing across suppliers and producing comparison documents to identify cost trends and opportunities•⁠ ⁠Conducting regular competitor research — monitoring other brands on pricing, product range, stockists, promotions, and market positioning•⁠ ⁠Assisting management with emails, documentation, scheduling of calls•⁠ ⁠Maintaining organised digital records across shared systemsWhat We're Looking For•⁠ ⁠1–3 years of experience in a similar admin, logistics, or operations role•⁠ ⁠Comfortable with numbers and basic bookkeeping (experience with QuickBooks is a plus)•⁠ ⁠Strong written and spoken English•⁠ ⁠Well-organised with good attention to detail•⁠ ⁠A self-starter who can manage their own time working remotely•⁠ ⁠Interest in fashion or e-commerce is a bonus, but not requiredWhat We Offer•⁠ ⁠Flexible, primarily work-from-home setup•⁠ ⁠A chance to grow with an international fashion brand•⁠ ⁠A collaborative, no-bureaucracy working environment
