The RoleReaviva Holistic Health is seeking a Head of Sales & Marketing to lead the brand's commercial growth and marketing function as a single, integrated mandate. Reporting to the Founder, the incumbent will own the end-to-end sales funnel, the integrated marketing strategy, and the brand's positioning across every touchpoint.This role carries dual accountability for revenue and brand. The incumbent will drive measurable growth across all service lines, build the partnerships and channels that define Reaviva's reach in Mumbai's premium ecosystem, and uphold the standards of a category-defining luxury wellness destination. The role sits within the senior leadership team and works in close partnership with the Founder, the Centre Head, and clinical leadership.Sales Responsibilities• Develop and execute a robust sales strategy to drive revenue growth across all service lines and target catchments.• Identify and close high-value business opportunities with premium residential communities, corporate clients, wellness partners, and institutional accounts.• Establish and nurture strategic alliances with luxury brands, hospitality partners, private clubs, and lifestyle ecosystems to enhance market penetration and customer acquisition.• Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-net-worth individuals, key influencers, and decision-makers to drive referrals and brand advocacy.• Oversee the complete sales funnel from lead generation through to conversion, ensuring consistent achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.• Drive membership acquisition and retention across all tiers of Reaviva's membership offering.• Leverage market intelligence and client insights to refine sales approaches, improve conversion ratios, and optimise client engagement.Marketing Responsibilities• Formulate and implement an integrated marketing strategy that aligns offline and digital initiatives for maximum brand and commercial impact.• Lead premium on-ground activations including society engagements, wellness pop-ups, corporate experiences, and co-branded partnerships with aligned luxury brands.• Provide strategic direction across all digital marketing activities, including campaign planning, audience segmentation, creative review, and performance optimisation.• Ensure consistent brand positioning, tone, messaging, and visual identity across every marketing channel and client touchpoint.• Track and analyse return on investment for all marketing initiatives, reallocating budgets to optimise performance.• Continuously monitor competitor activity, pricing, and promotional strategy to maintain a clear competitive advantage in the premium segment.• Lead public relations and earned media strategy across lifestyle, wellness, and luxury press.• Develop and protect content franchises across Instagram, YouTube, the website, and other channels that build long-term brand equity.Leadership & Strategy• Act as a strategic advisor to the leadership team, translating market insights and performance data into actionable business decisions.• Lead, mentor, and inspire the in-house sales and marketing teams, building a culture of accountability and high performance.• Foster cross-functional collaboration between sales, marketing, operations, and clinical teams to ensure a seamless and elevated client experience.• Manage external partners with rigour, including public relations agencies, performance marketing partners, social media consultants, and production houses.• Build, defend, and deliver the annual sales and marketing budget with full transparency on investment and outcomes.Requirements• 5 to 10 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing leadership, with hands-on experience scaling a retail, luxury, or wellness startup through a defining period of growth.• Demonstrated ownership of revenue targets and consistent track record of delivering against them.• Proven ability to build and scale a sales funnel and to convert qualified leads into long-term clients in a premium environment.• Strong understanding of integrated marketing across performance marketing, content, public relations, partnerships, customer relationship management, and on-ground activations.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the composure to represent the brand confidently with founders, clients, partners, and media.• Refined understanding of how high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients evaluate luxury and wellness offerings.• Strong commercial acumen, with comfort across budgets, pipeline reporting, and performance dashboards.• Experience leading and developing multi-disciplinary teams and managing senior external partners.Preferred BackgroundCandidates with a track record of building or scaling a brand in luxury, premium beauty, wellness, hospitality, private healthcare, or premium direct-to-consumer are strongly encouraged to apply. Experience with membership or subscription models, multi-vertical service brands, and an established network across Mumbai's media, luxury, and wellness ecosystems will be considered a significant advantage.
