The ideal candidate should have strong expertise inmanaging teams, executing high-impact campaigns, and driving brand growth through strategiccontent and performance marketing. Candidates with prior experience in e-commerce, fashion, or Gems/Jewellery industry will be preferred.Key Responsibilities:Manage and lead the social media team, ensuring productivity and timely execution of tasks.Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end social media campaigns aligned with brand goals.Oversee content strategy, creation, and publishing across all platforms.Manage and supervise shoots, reels, and overall content production.Monitor performance metrics, analyse insights, and drive growth and engagement.Ensure consistency in brand communication and content quality.Collaborate with internal teams for campaign planning and execution.Required Skills & Qualifications:3–5 years of experience in social media management.Strong team management and leadership skills.Hands-on experience in campaign planning and execution.Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.Experience in content creation, shoot management, and execution.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Prior experience in e-commerce, fashion, or lifestyle industry preferred.Candidate Preferences:Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period will be preferred.Candidates residing within a 10–15 km radius of East of Kailash, Delhi.Willingness to work from office 6 days (on-site role).What We Offer:A fast-paced and performance-driven work environment.Opportunity to lead and build a growing social media team.Exposure to brand strategy, content creation, and campaign execution at scale.Interested candidates are requested to share their updated resume at
