About the Role Codingal ( aims to inspire school students to develop a passion for coding from an early age. As a leading coding platform and community for K-12 learners, Codingal helps students build apps, games, and websites through engaging live 1:1 classes conducted by trained teachers with programming expertise. Since its launch in September 2020, Codingal has empowered over 40,000 students through competitions and high-quality coding education. The curriculum is aligned with a standardized K-12 Computer Science framework, making learning both fun and effective. Position: Online Coding Teacher We are seeking enthusiastic coding teachers who share our mission and have the skills to teach young learners. Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging and interactive online coding classes to school students Motivate and inspire students to start learning coding early Monitor student progress, evaluate assignments, and provide constructive feedback Commit to a minimum of 100 teaching hours per month Conduct one-on-one sessions from home Regularly communicate with parents/guardians and share student progress Requirements Strong passion for teaching school students (prior experience is a plus) Engineering or technical background with a curious mindset Availability to work flexible shifts between 6:30 AM and 6:30 PM (Mandatory any 4 hours ) Excellent English communication skills Access to a laptop with a camera, microphone, and stable internet connection Graduation is mandatory Benefits Attractive incentive structure: earn ₹375–₹500 per class, with additional perks Flexible scheduling based on your availability Recognition and experience certificates Access to a high-quality online teaching platform Transparent policies and earnings reports Rewards and goodies for top-performing teachers 24/7 support from the Codingal team Application Process Apply by filling out the form below: Earnings & Growth You can earn up to ₹90,000 per month depending on your availability.
