Responsibilities include grading assessments, offering constructive feedback, conducting one-on-one or group sessions, and creating an engaging learning environment to enhance student success. Collaboration with the academic team to continually improve course content and address diverse learning needs will also be expected.QualificationsGood scores in USMLE StepsECFMG certification is an added advantageStrong understanding of USMLE curriculum, medical concepts, and clinical knowledgeOutstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for delivering lessons effectivelyAbility to evaluate student progress through assessments and provide detailed feedback for improvementTime management and organizational skills to plan lessons and prioritize responsibilitiesExperience in teaching, mentoring, or tutoring medical students, with a passion for educationProficiency with educational tools and technology used for teaching purposesMD or equivalent medical qualification preferredA commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment
