Responsibilities:Provide administrative support to recruiting teams by assisting with recruitment efforts.Handle US onboarding activities including I-9, E-VerifyProvide project status reports to recruiting teams and maintaining data reports.Manage all new hire onboarding paperwork within the application tracking system while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality.Enter all new consultant data into the applicant tracking system.Ensure that all new hire documentation follows all applicable federal, state and local guidelines.Liaison between recruiters, account managers and candidates to track onboarding of consultants.Guide new hires through the onboarding process via phone calls, email check-ins providing daily updates, and answering any questions that may arise during the onboarding process.Responsible for administrative duties such as copying, faxing and scanning of documents using MS Office Suite Applications and Adobe Acrobat.Assist the payroll department with entering consultant timesheets into the CRM database.Assist with managing third party vendor invoicing and billing.Ad hoc projects as needed.Requirements:Bachelor’s DegreeExperience in US onboarding / US HR operationsHands-on experience with I-9, E-Verify and compliance processesMicrosoft Office Suite Applications, Adobe AcrobatStrong communication skills (written and oral)Strong attention to detailAbility to maintain a high level of confidentiality.Must be able to work according to the US eastern business hours.Experience supporting US/UK clientele – desired.
