Com + CA / CMA (Semi-qualified or Fully Qualified)***B.Tech candidates are not eligible for this role***Job Description:We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial records, and support the finance team in maintaining compliance and reporting standards.Key Responsibilities:• Maintain books of accounts including journal entries, ledger scrutiny, and reconciliations• Handle day-to-day bookkeeping activities• Manage Accounts Receivable, including invoicing, collections, and aging analysis• Maintain and monitor petty cash transactions• Prepare and review MIS reports using Advanced Excel• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls• Coordinate with internal teams and auditors as required• Maintain accurate documentation and accounting recordsRequired Skills & Competencies:• Strong knowledge of Journal Entries and Bookkeeping• Hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable• Excellent command over Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas, data analysis)• Good understanding of accounting principles• High attention to detail and accuracy• Ability to meet deadlines and work independentlyPreferred Candidate Profile:• Candidates with CA / CMA (Semi-qualified or Fully Qualified) will be preferred• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Good communication and coordination abilities
