We specialize in end-to-end EPC solutions with a strong focus on engineering excellence and execution.Role OverviewThe AM/DM – Supply Chain Management will be responsible for end-to-end procurement, vendor management, logistics coordination, and inventory control for floating solar and EPC projects. The role requires strong coordination with project, engineering, and finance teams to ensure timely and cost-effective material availability.Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement & Vendor ManagementManage procurement of key project materials (modules, inverters, cables, structures, etc.)Identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors in line with company standardsNegotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules to optimize cost and timelinesMaintain strong relationships with OEMs and suppliersSupply Chain Planning & ExecutionDevelop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with project schedulesEnsure timely availability of materials at multiple project sitesMonitor and track procurement schedules and mitigate delaysLogistics & Inventory ManagementCoordinate logistics, transportation, and site delivery planningMonitor inventory levels across sites and warehousesOptimize inventory to avoid shortages/excess stockCross-functional CoordinationWork closely with engineering, project, and finance teams for planning and budgetingEnsure alignment with project timelines and BOQsSupport project teams with material planning and forecastingCompliance & DocumentationEnsure all procurement activities comply with company policies and statutory requirementsMaintain proper documentation (POs, invoices, GRNs, contracts, etc.)Support audits and reporting requirementsKey Skills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of supply chain processes in EPC/solar projectsVendor negotiation and contract management expertiseExcellent planning, analytical, and problem-solving skillsProficiency in ERP systems and MS ExcelAbility to handle multi-site operations and tight timelinesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering / Supply Chain / Logistics / ManagementMBA / PGDM in Supply Chain or Operations (preferred)Preferred ExperienceExperience in floating solar / renewable energy projectsExposure to large-scale EPC project procurementFamiliarity with government/PSU procurement processes is an advantageWhat We OfferOpportunity to work on cutting-edge floating solar projectsFast-paced growth environmentCompetitive compensation and career progression
