The role requires a blend of hands-on solution design, team leadership, and customer engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end product-base engineering and delivery of banking solutions (Lending) for Tier-1 BankWork closely with clients on solutioning, techno-functional consulting, and presalesOwn client delivery, including functional requirements, non-functional requirements and scalabilityManage large engineering teams and ensure high-quality deliveryEngage in customer discussions, POCs, and technology positioningSupport due diligence and product evaluations where requiredKey Requirements18+ years of experience in product engineering / delivery in BFSI domainAI-First mindset for delivering according to AIDLCStrong experience in LendingProven expertise in architecture, microservices, leveraging DevSecOps and modern engineering practicesExperience in client engagement, presales, or consulting rolesStrong leadership experience managing cross-functional teamsTech-savvy with hands-on understanding of AI platforms, API integration and enterprise systems
