The firm emphasises people-centred design,Role DescriptionThis full-time Interior Draftsman role is based on-site at Fort, Mumbai office. The responsibilities of the role include preparing detailed drawings, layouts, and blueprints for interior spaces, collaborating with architects and designers to develop design solutions, and ensuring that drafting is precise and meets project specifications. The draftsman will also coordinate with vendors, oversee material schedules, and regularly update project deliverables to align with timelines.Qualifications: ONLY MUMBAI APPLICANTS (Preferred candidates from the South Mumbai area). Proficiency in drafting DETAILED DRAWINGS with software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design tools relevant to interior architectureExperience in both commercial and residential interior projects EXPERIENCE IN DRAFTING (I) DETAILED DRAWINGS WITH DETAILED INTERIOR SECTIONS, INCLUDING KITCHEN LAYOUTS, CUSTOM CARPENTRY, CONSTRUCTION DETAILS, AND RCP DRAWINGS.  Strong knowledge of AutoCAD COMMANDS, EXREF (External References) t Strong technical understanding of interior detailing, layouts, and dimensional accuracyAbility to interpret Interior & architectural plans, create detailed construction drawings,Excellent organisational and project coordination skillsBachelor's degree or Diploma in Interior Design Drafting or related fieldStrong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders
