Key Responsibilities:• Experience in press shop with a tonnage range of 100T to 2000T,• Experience with imported machines for diagnosis and identifying the root cause of problems,• Experience with servo drives, servo motors, safety controller, HMI, Machine panel and its components,• In depth understanding of electrical drawings,• Knowhow of tools like Why-why analysis, Pareto, PDCA and other quality tools,• Experience in Troubleshooting and Programming of Siemens S7 200, 300, 1200/1500 PLC, GE Fanuc PLC & Scada,• Special functions: Function Blocks, ladder diagram, PID Blocks, PLC Siemens/GE Fanuc,• Awareness of Maintenance KPIs - MTBF, MTTR, OEE, Availability, and Loss time,• Handling power control panels, motor control centers, modern electrical drives,• Responsible for overall maintenance related activities,• Effective root cause analysis to ensure Permanent closure of the breakdowns,• Trouble shooting/Maintenance of Blowers and Electric drives (VFD, Servo drives),• Maintenance of CNC machines, SPM’s, Ovens, Kilns etc.• Compliance of Electrical inspector / CEIG regulations,• Managing spare parts and inventory control as per budget,• WCM Activities and bringing improvements through WCM Projects,• Ensure compliance with Environment, Health & Safety as per Saint-Gobain standards as well as WCM Standards,• Knowledge on LOCK OUT – TAGOUT, SMAT, Work permit & ensuring 100% compliance,• Knowledge on Maintenance management system - TBM / CBM / Predictive and preventive maintenance,• Kaizen projects for reliability, cost reduction, and operational excellence• Poka-Yoke (error-proofing) solutions to prevent recurring failures and improve equipment reliabilityEducational Qualification: Diploma / BE / B.Tech (EEE or ECE)Minimum Experience: Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
