In this process, we would like to hire an experienced real estate Graphic designer cum web designer and Video Editor.Job highlightsThe ideal candidate should have a solid background in the real estate industry, demonstrating a keen understanding of design trends and consumer preferencesWith at least 2 years of relevant work experience, the candidate should be adept at translating brand identities into visually compelling designs.Preferred candidate profile . Salary Range - 25,000 to 35,000 (As per your work experience)Graphic DesignerWe are seeking a talented and creative Graphics Designer with proficiency in both static graphics and basic animation, along with video editing skills. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in the Real Estate industry, demonstrating a keen understanding of design trends and consumer preferences. With at least 2 years of relevant work experience, the candidate should be adept at translating brand identities into visually compelling designs.Key Responsibilities:Design & Creation: Develop high-impact visuals for Instagram, Facebook, and our website. You’ll handle everything from premium brochures and flyers to email templates and infographics.Motion & Video: Transform raw footage into polished property films and create basic animations to drive engagement.Brand Alignment: You will ensure every pixel across digital and print reflects our /"BRAND/" legacy.Innovation: Experiment with new design trends and techniques to keep our marketing ahead of the NCR competition and should be able to do video story telling.Technical ToolkitExpert: Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop.Video: Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects (Motion Graphics).Core Fundamentals: Strong mastery of typography, color theory, and layout principles.Experience: 2+ years in Real Estate design is a major advantage.Designer Qualifications Required--Excellent skills and practice on Latest Adobe Illustrator.-Having decent knowledge about Latest Adobe Photoshop and should be able to use all basic features and some advance features on the same-Should have an keen eye for the designs and should be able to understand and communicate design requirements in English and Hindi Languages-Should be able to work on Motion Graphics in Adobe Aftereffects if needed.Portfolio:A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design, animation, and video editing work.Examples of previous projects related to real estate are highly advantageous.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Graphic Designer and Video Editor at Neevilas Homes located in New Delhi. As a Graphic Designer and Video Editor, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphic designs and editing videos for various marketing and promotional materials. You will collaborate with the marketing team to understand their requirements and translate them into engaging visual content.
