Job Title

We are looking for experienced Kinaxis RapidResponse Consultants with strong expertise in supply chain planning and Kinaxis Maestro configuration . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring and supporting Kinaxis solutions across demand, supply, and inventory planning processes. Location: Bengaluru / Coimbatore / Pune / Hyderabad Open Positions: 3 Duration: Minimum 1 Year Experience: 8+ Years Key Responsibilities: Provide L2/L3 support for Kinaxis RapidResponse modules (Forecasting, Demand Planning, MPS, Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, Inventory Planning) Analyze issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA) , and resolve within SLA timelines Work with business users, analysts, and leads on enhancements and change requests Participate in requirement gathering and solution design discussions Configure and manage workbooks, worksheets, reports, forms, and scripts in Kinaxis Develop and maintain business logic, rules, and calculations using Kinaxis Authoring tools Ensure smooth execution of testing phases (unit, integration, UAT) and Go-Live support Provide regular updates to stakeholders and project teams Support integration with ERP systems (SAP) and manage data flows Document solutions, conduct user training , and provide post-deployment support Required Skills: 8+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning 2–3+ years of hands-on experience in Kinaxis RapidResponse / Maestro configuration Strong understanding of Demand, Supply, S&OP, and Scheduling processes Expertise in Kinaxis data model, control tables, planning engine logic Experience in configuring workbooks, dashboards, automation chains, and analytics Hands-on experience in ETL concepts and tools (Talend or similar) Experience integrating Kinaxis with SAP or other ERP systems Strong communication and stakeholder interaction skills Preferred Skills: Kinaxis Certifications (Solution Consultant / Author Level 2/3 ) Experience with SAP APO / S/4HANA Exposure to data analytics, reporting, and dashboarding Additional Requirements: Ability to work in high-pressure project environments Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset Ability to understand and contribute to end-to-end project lifecycle
