Site Supervisor Preferred Skills: Experience in residential interior projects Knowledge of modular furniture installation (kitchen, wardrobe, etc.) Familiarity with quality standards and finishing requirements Key Responsibilities: Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure work is executed as per approved designs and drawings Conduct site inspections to monitor quality of materials and workmanship Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, and other vendors for smooth execution Ensure adherence to project timelines and escalate delays proactively Verify measurements and ensure proper alignment and installation of materials Identify and report site issues, damages, or deviations from design Maintain site cleanliness and ensure safety standards are followed Act as the primary point of contact at site for customers during execution Provide regular updates to internal teams on project status Ensure snag closure and final handover quality checks Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): On-time project completion Quality of installation and minimal rework Customer satisfaction at site level Effective coordination with vendors and teams Timely issue identification and resolution
