Job Title: Field Collection Executive Location: Uttar Pradesh Job Type: Full-Time Industry: NBFC / BFSI / Telecom / Utility Collections Summary We are looking for a Field Collection Executive responsible for visiting customers and collecting outstanding payments while maintaining strong customer relationships and ensuring compliance with company policies. Responsibilities Visit customers at assigned locations to collect outstanding payments Ensure timely and accurate cash/digital collections Follow up on overdue accounts and pending payments Maintain daily collection reports and submit to the supervisor Build and maintain good customer relationships Follow company policies, compliance, and ethical collection practices Coordinate with internal teams for dispute resolution and updates Requirements Minimum 6 month of experience in field collections Experience in NBFC / BFSI / Telecom / Utility collections preferred Must have own two-wheeler & valid Driving License Comfortable working in the field and achieving daily targets Male candidates only Benefits Salary: ₹13,000 Net Take Home Travel Allowance: ₹3,000 Statutory Benefits: PF + ESIC Incentives: Performance-based incentives (if applicable) Other pointers regarding this job Location: Uttar Pradesh Age Criteria: As per company norms Gender: Male candidates only Eligibility: Minimum 6 month field collection / Recovery experience Qualification: 10th / 12th pass (Graduation preferred) Work Details: Field visits, payment collection, reporting Language Skills: Local language + basic Hindi preferred Experience: 6 months to 2 years in Field Collections (NBFC / BFSI / Telecom / Utility preferred)
