Job OverviewWe are looking for a Server Engineer with strong experience in server hardware, debugging, and Linux environments. This role involves working closely with build systems, analyzing failures, and ensuring smooth server testing and deployment processes.Key ResponsibilitiesReview build dashboards to analyze throughput, yields, and failure paretosDebug server platforms based on defined guidelinesPerform minor rework, retesting, and recovery of failed unitsPublish daily status reports and build summariesAnalyze failures and provide triage steps for resolutionMaintain high testing throughput, especially during off-hoursCollaborate with Test Engineers, operators, and cross-functional teamsEnsure adherence to factory assembly and testing plansRequired SkillsStrong experience in Server Hardware / SystemsHands-on experience in hardware testing and debuggingGood knowledge of Linux command lineUnderstanding of system architecture & networking components (Compute trays, switch trays, TOR switches, power shelves, etc.)Ability to run diagnostic scripts and pretest toolsExperience in log analysis and initial failure triageStrong communication and coordination skillsQualificationsBS/MS in Electrical Engineering (EE) / Computer Engineering (CE)Minimum 2+ years of relevant industry experienceNice to Have (Preferred Skills)Strong fundamentals in digital design, signal integrity, and fault analysisExperience in board/system-level electrical designExposure to high-performance server or networking platformsKnowledge of statistics, timing analysis, and computer architecture
