Job Title:SAP Payroll Consultant (HCM) - US payroll—10+yearsLocation: Remote Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end payroll processing for US payrollPerform pre-payroll validation, payroll execution, and post-payroll reconciliationHandle retro calculations, off-cycle payments, and adjustmentsEnsure accurate tax calculations, statutory compliance, and filingsPost payroll results to Finance/General LedgerSupport data migration, payroll balances validation, and YTD reconciliationConduct parallel payroll runs, unit testing, and UAT supportTroubleshoot payroll issues and resolve discrepanciesProvide ongoing support during payroll cycles and audits.Functional Expertise:US Payroll:Federal & State taxes (FIT, FICA, FUTA, SUTA)W-2, 941 filings, garnishments, benefits (401k, FSA, etc.)Multi-state payroll compliance and tax reconciliationSkills & Requirements:Strong experience in SAP HCM Payroll (US )Good understanding of statutory compliance and payroll regulationsExperience with payroll testing, integrations, and reportingAbility to work in client-specific time zones (US )Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skillsShift Timings—US Payroll—MST Time Zone (9:30 pm to 5:30 am IST)Anitha.B IT RecruiterDeltacubes pvt ltdContact:+1973-500-6870
