We're looking for an HR Intern who wants to get their hands dirty across real hiring and people work, not just filing and scheduling.The RoleYou'll be working directly with our HR function on live recruitment and day-to-day people operations. This isn't a shadow-and-observe internship. You'll be sourcing candidates, talking to people, and actually contributing to how the team grows.What You'll DoSource and screen candidates across creative, strategy, and digital rolesPost and manage job listings across LinkedIn and other platformsCoordinate interviews and follow up with candidatesSupport onboarding of new joinersHelp maintain HR documentation, trackers, and databasesPitch in on any people or culture initiatives as they come upWhat We're Looking ForPursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Psychology, Management, or any related fieldSomeone curious, organised, and genuinely a people personComfortable reaching out to strangers, sourcing doesn't scare youGood written and verbal communication in EnglishMumbai-based and available for a minimum 3-month internshipBonus PointsPrior internship experience in HR or recruitmentFamiliar with LinkedIn as a sourcing toolWhy FruitbowlNo sir-madam, no gatekeeping.
