Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for both Senior and Junior Accountant positions. Responsibilities include preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank transactions, processing payroll, ensuring compliance with financial and tax regulations, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting. The Senior Accountant will supervise financial activities, while the Junior Accountant will provide support and handle day-to-day financial operations. Qualifications Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and reconciliationExperience with budgeting, forecasting, and tax complianceProficiency in accounting software and MS ExcelStrong analytical, organizational, and time-management skillsAttention to detail and problem-solving abilitiesEffective communication and teamwork skillsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldAdditional qualifications such as CA, CMA, or ACCA are a plus
