Credit Analysis SupportAssist in evaluating creditworthiness of individuals or businessesReview financial statements, credit reports, and risk indicatorsSupport preparation of credit proposals and risk summaries2. Process CoordinationManage end-to-end credit workflow (application → review → approval)Track application status and ensure timely turnaroundCoordinate between credit analysts, underwriting teams, and sales3. Documentation & ComplianceEnsure all credit files are complete and properly documentedMaintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirementsSupport audit and quality checks4. Data Management & ReportingMaintain credit databases and MIS reportsTrack KPIs like approval rates, turnaround time, and portfolio qualityIdentify process bottlenecks and suggest improvements5. Stakeholder CommunicationAct as a liaison between departments (risk, sales, operations)Provide status updates and resolve process-related issuesEscalate delays or discrepanciesRequired SkillsFinancial analysis and basic accounting knowledgeUnderstanding of credit risk principlesProficiency in Excel and reporting toolsFamiliarity with credit systems or ERP platformsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field1–3 years of experience in credit analysis, banking operations, or financeCertifications (optional): CFA (Level 1), FRM, or similar
