As we scale our presence across India, we’re looking for a Senior MIS Executive who can turn data into meaningful insights that fuel business growth.Role OverviewAs a Senior MIS Executive, you will be responsible for managing business reporting, building insightful dashboards, and enabling data-driven decisions across retail, e-commerce, and operations. This role plays a critical part in providing leadership with accurate, real-time visibility into business performance.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, automate, and manage daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports across functionsDesign and maintain Power BI dashboards for sales, inventory, and overall business performanceTrack and analyze inventory levels, stock movement, and replenishment cyclesEnsure data accuracy and timely reporting through Genesis and other business systemsConsolidate and validate data from ERP, POS, e-commerce, and finance platformsIdentify trends, highlight variances, and share actionable insights with stakeholdersDrive automation and process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracyCollaborate with cross-functional teams to standardize metrics and streamline data flowWhat You Bring2–4 years of experience in MIS, Data Analytics, or Business ReportingStrong hands-on experience with Power BI (mandatory)Proficiency in Advanced Excel, SQL, and data visualization toolsPrior exposure to retail or consumer business data is a plusStrong analytical thinking with attention to detailAbility to translate complex data into clear business insightsGood communication skills and stakeholder managementWhy Join Uni SeoulBe part of a fast-growing lifestyle brand redefining modern retailWork closely with leadership on high-impact business decisionsThrive in a fast-paced, creative, and data-driven environment
