Company - Our client is a global professional services and infrastructure solutions organization supporting complex challenges across sectors such as advanced manufacturing, energy, environmental, life sciences, transportation, and water.Job Title: Cybersecurity ArchitectLocation - Remote in India; must have some overlap with U.S. time zonesRole Type - 1-year contractMust Have Skills:Senior-level cybersecurity architecture experience; Tier 3, not L1/L2Cloud security architecture experience, especially Azure securityExperience deploying native Azure security tools to address cloud development threatsApplication security program experience, including threat modeling, OWASP risks, mitigations, and software architecture patternsStrong communication skills with the ability to influence without direct authorityResponsibilities and Job Details:Support enterprise security architecture, control governance, cloud/platform security, and risk/compliance alignmentProvide strategic architecture guidance and advisory support across security, cloud, engineering, infrastructure, GRC, procurement, and vendor management teamsLead and support security design reviews for cloud, platform, and application environmentsReview software packages for vulnerabilities and cybersecurity complianceSupport audits, assessments, and cybersecurity risk reviewsApply risk-based decision making and system-level thinking to security architecture recommendationsHelp shape and mature application security practices and program standardsAdvise on threat modeling, secure software architecture patterns, OWASP risks, and practical mitigationsBalance security rigor with business enablementCommunicate complex security concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiencesMentor junior architects and security engineers
