Role: SAP Data Archiving (ILM) ConsultantLocation: Hyderabad / Pune / MumbaiContract Duration: 6 Months+Role Type: Full time B2b contract URGENT ROLE:Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced SAP Data Archiving (ILM) Consultant with strong expertise in data lifecycle management, archiving strategies, and AMS support. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing SAP ILM solutions along with ongoing application support in a production environment.Key Responsibilities:Design and implement SAP Data Archiving and Information Lifecycle Management (ILM) solutionsExecute end-to-end archiving activities including object analysis, write, delete, and storage processesConfigure and manage ILM policies, retention rules, and residence rulesWork on archiving objects across SAP modules (FI, MM, SD, etc.)Provide AMS (Application Management Support) including incident resolution, performance tuning, and monitoringCollaborate with functional and technical teams to identify archiving opportunities and ensure complianceHandle data volume management and system performance optimizationSupport audits and compliance requirements related to data retention and destructionPrepare technical documentation and SOPs for archiving processesRequired Skills & Experience:5+ years of SAP experience with strong focus on Data Archiving and ILMHands-on experience with SAP archiving objects and transaction codes (SARA, ILMSTORE, etc.)Experience in SAP ILM configuration (policies, rules, retention management)Strong AMS support experience in SAP environmentsKnowledge of database size management and performance tuningExperience working in large-scale SAP landscapes (ECC/S4HANA preferred)Good understanding of data privacy and compliance standardsIf interested, please share me your CV at
