Role SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced AEP Architect to design and lead the implementation of enterprise-scale customer data solutions using Adobe Experience Platform. The role requires strong expertise in CDP architecture, data engineering, and MarTech ecosystems, with the ability to drive end-to-end solution design and stakeholder engagement.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect and design scalable solutions on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)Define and implement XDM schemas, datasets, and data governance frameworksDesign and manage Real-Time Customer Profile (RTCP) and identity resolution strategiesBuild and oversee data ingestion pipelines (batch & streaming) into AEPIntegrate AEP with enterprise systems (CRM, web, mobile, third-party platforms)Lead end-to-end CDP architecture, including segmentation and activationCollaborate with business, marketing, analytics, and engineering teamsEnsure data quality, performance optimization, and scalabilityProvide architectural guidance, best practices, and technical leadershipMust Have Skills10–15+ years of experience in Data Engineering / Data Architecture / MarTech3–6 years of hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)Strong expertise in:XDM (Experience Data Model)RTCP (Real-Time Customer Profile)Data ingestion & integration (batch + streaming)Strong programming & data skills: SQL, Python, Spark / PySparkExperience with cloud platforms: GCP / AWS / AzureSolid understanding of Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and customer journey dataGood to HaveExperience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Analytics, Adobe LaunchKnowledge of identity resolution, segmentation, and activation workflowsExperience with streaming technologies (Kafka / Pub-Sub)Exposure to data governance, privacy, and compliance frameworks
