We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Platform & SharePoint Developer to design, develop, and deploy highly scalable SharePoint ecosystems and automation workflows that drive measurable impact across our enterprise.Key ResponsibilitiesSharePoint Architecture (Core): Architect, build, and manage enterprise-grade SharePoint Online portals, robust intranet sites, and complex document management systems.Power Apps Development: Develop intuitive, highly scalable business applications using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), heavily utilizing SharePoint lists and libraries as primary data sources.Workflow Automation: Design and deploy sophisticated Power Automate workflows (Cloud & Desktop) for SharePoint document routing, multi-stage approvals, and business process automation.Enterprise Integration: Seamlessly integrate SharePoint and Power Platform solutions with the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Teams, Dataverse, Outlook, and third-party APIs.Site Governance & Security: Manage SharePoint site provisioning, intricate permission structures, data governance, and compliance protocols.System Maintenance: Troubleshoot, refine, and optimize existing SharePoint architectures and Power Platform implementations to ensure peak performance.AI Enhancements (Secondary): Leverage Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, or AI Builder as secondary tools to add intelligent features, summarize documents, or streamline routine tasks within the primary SharePoint ecosystem.Key RequirementsExperience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in SharePoint Online development, administration, and the Microsoft Power Platform.SharePoint Expertise: Deep technical understanding of SharePoint architecture, site collections, enterprise content management, and complex document libraries.App & Automation Skills: Proven track record of building robust solutions using Power Apps and Power Automate connected to SharePoint environments.Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with the SharePoint Framework (SPFx), custom web parts, JSON list formatting, custom connectors, and RESTful APIs.Security & Governance: Solid grasp of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) practices, enterprise data security, and SharePoint permission inheritance models.Soft Skills: Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and cross-team communication skills.AI Familiarity: Working knowledge of Microsoft Copilot or AI Builder to support and enhance standard workflows.Nice to HaveExperience managing SharePoint migrations (e.g., from on-premises to SharePoint Online).Experience utilizing Power BI for crafting dynamic dashboards based on SharePoint data.Familiarity with the broader Azure ecosystem, specifically Azure Logic Apps and Azure Functions.Microsoft certifications in SharePoint, Power Platform, or AI technologies.
