STAAH has built a strong reputation for enabling accommodation providers to connect to over 500 online travel agents (OTAs) and technology partners.PRODUCT MARKETING LEADThe Product Marketing Lead will be responsible for the messaging and positioning of the STAAH and SU Product portfolio, eventually leading to better engagement and growth in revenue.Job Title: Lead - Product Marketing and GrowthLocation: India | Department: MarketingJob DescriptionKey requirements: The requirement is for a Product Marketing Specialist – STAAH and Su.Customer segmentation and messaging: Gather market intelligence and refine product messaging in collaboration with product experts, partner services and business development teams.Product Benefits & Features: Articulate technical features and product capabilities into concise and simple language for communicating it to the hoteliers and PMS partners. Focus on sharpening product messaging, after understanding the effective way of using a certain feature and listing the benefits for the business and users.Product marketing assets: Build and update marketing assets for each product line, gauge what’s working and what’s not working, and what’s being used by the sales team. Responsible for building product videos, infographics, product brief documents, brochures, white papers, eBooks, etc. along with the Creative team.Product demand generation: Collaborate with demand gen teams to help them build the right content and messaging for competitive positioning of our on-going campaigns and Ads (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn). Developing content for emailers, landing pages, and social media banners.Engagement and Dissemination of Content: Responsible for featuring key product attributes and highlights on the website, Newsletters, Blog, Social channels and PR.Competitive intelligence: Develop in-depth competitive intelligence through SEM Rush and other available tools, ensuring that it can be easily consumed by sales and partner teams, with the primary aim to improve the conversion rate. Product launches/new releases: Work closely with cross-functional teams to assist with new product releases/ launches, ensuring that GTM strategy is in place. Also, the stakeholders and channels are well versed with new messaging and positioning. Product Development & Roadmap: Collaborate with the product and tech teams to stay in sync with Product roadmap, enhancements and possibly build a calendar of product updates. Accordingly, plan and schedule campaigns across channels.Professional experience requirements:Bachelor’s Degree or ideally an MBA with at least 5 years of professional experienceAt least two years of experience in B2B MarketingExperience in market/competitive intelligence/market research will be an advantageStrong communication - writing skills and presentation skillsUnderstanding of Travel & Hospitality space will be an added advantage.Technical, Problem-solving attitude to learn and grow with experience.
