Marketing Strategy & GrowthDevelop and execute a global marketing strategy aligned with recruitment targetsDrive lead generation, brand awareness, and conversion ratesIdentify and scale high-performing channels (paid, organic, partnerships)Localise strategies for key markets (China, India, UK, EU, Africa)2. Content Creation (Premium Standard)Oversee and produce high-end marketing materials, including:Video campaigns (short-form, cinematic, social media ads)Static ads (social, print, banners, exhibitions)Landing pages and campaign funnelsEnsure all outputs reflect a premium, elite, international brand imageMaintain consistency across all channels and campaigns3. Digital & Platform ManagementManage and optimise:Social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, RedNote, Douyin, WeChat)Paid advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads)Website and landing page performanceUse analytics tools to track performance and continuously improve campaigns4.
