The Graphic Designer will conceptualize and create visually compelling graphics, logos, branding elements and packaging that align with The Lean Co.®'s mission and brand guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing promotional materials, enhancing existing visual content, and collaborating with the marketing and product development teams to ensure consistent and impactful brand representation. The candidate will contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and maintain an updated portfolio of design assets.Eligibility & QualificationsProficiency in Graphics and Graphic DesignExpertise in Logo Design and Branding to maintain brand identity and visual consistencyKnowledge and application of TypographyStrong attention to detail and creativity in concept developmentProfessional experience with design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)Effective time management skills to meet project deadlinesBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related fieldExperience in working on food / lifestyle / D2C brands is a plusOwnership of work is a MUSTOpen and flexible to dynamics of startup worldRequirement & JoiningImmediateSalary and CompensationCTC INR 4.8 Lacs
