products end‑to‑end, from problem discovery and product definition to hands‑on implementation and production rollout.Act as a builder‑PM who personally designs and codes core parts of the system, especially agentic workflows, orchestration logic, and critical integrations.Identify high‑impact product opportunities by working closely with business, engineering, and architecture stakeholders to understand workflows, constraints, and success criteria.Translate ambiguous business problems into clear product definitions, PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria that are directly executable.Design and build agentic workflows (single‑agent and multi‑agent) with tool/function calling, memory, guardrails, and structured decision logic.Build and ship full‑stack features using Python and TypeScript stacks, spanning backend services, orchestration, APIs, UI, and cloud deployment.Use AI‑assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, Codex) to accelerate delivery while maintaining production‑grade quality.Implement retrieval‑augmented generation workflows, structured outputs, and evaluation pipelines to ensure reliability, quality, and governance.Define success metrics and continuously evaluate product effectiveness using LLM evals, observability, usage signals, and feedback loops.Balance speed with long‑term maintainability by making pragmatic product and engineering trade‑offs.Work closely with architects and platform teams to align product decisions with enterprise standards, security, and scalability expectations.Serve as a foundational contributor in shaping how AI‑native products are discovered, specified, built, and operated across the organization.QualificationsMandatory requirementsTotal 7-10 years of experience. 4-6 years of experience in Full Stack Software engineering and/or technical Lead roles, with strong hands‑on delivery ownership and 1-2 years of Technical product manager experience2-3 years of direct experience building LLM‑enabled or agentic applications beyond simple API integrations.Strong understanding & experience of AI Native Spec Driven Development & proven, daily use of AI coding tools (e.g. Codex, Claude Code, Github Copilot, Cursor, Replit, Antigravity etc.) to accelerate real software delivery, not just experimentation.Ability to create documents and artefacts like PRD, Story backlog, TDD etc. required for AI Native development / Spec Driven Development using AI coding platformsStrong hands‑on programming experience in Python and TypeScript / Node.js.Proven experience building full‑stack applications using frameworks such as FastAPI/Flask, Express/NestJS, React, and Next.js.Demonstrated ability to personally design and build agentic workflows with tool/function calling, memory, guardrails, and multi‑step orchestration.Hands‑on experience with at least two agentic or orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, OpenAI Agents/Responses, or AWS Bedrock AgentCore.Strong understanding and implementation experience with RAG patterns, embeddings, retrievers, rerankers, and vector databases.Experience using structured output validation with Pydantic, Zod, JSON schema, or equivalent approaches.Experience deploying and operating applications on Azure, AWS, or GCP using containers, CI/CD pipelines, and managed runtimes.Strong understanding of CI/CD, observability, evaluation frameworks, and basic AI safety / quality patterns.Ability to write clear PRDs, specs, and acceptance criteria grounded in technical reality.Comfort operating in ambiguity and owning outcomes rather than just requirements.Preferred requirementsPrior experience in a Technical Product Manager, Engineering‑heavy Product Manager, or builder‑PM role.Experience defining product roadmaps and priorities for developer‑facing or internal platforms.Exposure to regulated or enterprise environments where governance, traceability, and auditability matter.Experience balancing product discovery, delivery velocity, and engineering quality in early‑stage or zero‑to‑one initiatives.Familiarity with cost, latency, and reliability trade‑offs in AI systems.Ability to mentor others on AI‑native product and engineering practices through example and hands‑on contribution.Additional InformationExcellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop engineering leads and developers.Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical
