The Mechanical Design Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing mechanical products and systems, creating detailed 3D models and drawings using SolidWorks software, and working closely with other engineering teams to ensure design specifications are met. Daily tasks include conducting feasibility studies, testing prototypes, and participating in design reviews to ensure the reliability and performance of the products.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical EngineeringDesired Experience1 to 4 yearsMandatory Skills and CompetenciesHands-on experience in designing Special Purpose Machines (SPMs) and automation.Expertise includes conceptualisation, 3D modelling, simulation, and the generation of manufacturing drawings using SolidWorks.Job Description Interpret engineering and manufacturing drawingsCreate 2D drawings and 3D models using SolidWorks & AutoCADUpdate and revise designs as per requirementsPrepare BOMs and maintain drawing recordsCoordinate with Production, QC, and vendors for design clarificationsSupport quality inspections and trial runs
