We have an exciting opportunity of EPM Consolidation Lead - Onestream for our Client based in Bangalore.Job Title: EPM Consolidation Lead - OnestreamLocation: Bangalore (Whitefield)Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced OneStream EPM Consolidation Lead to support the implementation and ongoingdevelopment of the OneStream role will play a key part in building and managing financial consolidation, reporting, and close processes, while working closely with global finance and IT teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and configure OneStreamcomponents for financialconsolidation, intercompany eliminations, currency translations, journals, cash flow, and reporting.Design and implement businessrules (C#, ),dashboards, cube views,and workflows for consolidation use cases.Support month-endand quarter-end close cycles to ensure accurateand efficient operations.Translate businessrequirements into scalabletechnical designs in collaboration with functional teams.Assist in data integration from SAP and other ERP systems using OneStream data management tools.Participate in unit, system integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT); resolvedefects and implement enhancements.Document technical specifications and procedures for ongoing maintenance and knowledge sharing.Provide post-go-live support and contribute to system stabilization and continuous improvement.Experience, Qualifications and Skills5+ yearsof OneStream development experience with at least one full-cycle implementation focused on financial consolidation.Working knowledge of financial accounting, IFRS, and consolidation processes; professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA) are a plus.Strong understanding of OneStream consolidation engine, workflows, dimensional modeling, and MarketPlace solutions.Proficiency in business rule development using C# or .Experience with intercompany eliminations, multi-currency handling, and equity pick-upin global environments.Familiarity with statutory consolidation, MIS reporting, and budgeting cycles.Experience with data integration from SAP, flat files, and REST APIs.Ability to troubleshoot and optimize consolidation logic.Strong communication skills and abilityto work with cross-functional, international teamsKey StakeholdersAccounting and MIS stakeholders: Group Reporting Managers, MIS and BudgetingTeam, Accounting Managersofi IT stakeholders: IT Project Managers,Functional Leads, TechnicalLeads, SAP ERP Application OwnersIT and Finance LeadershipHead of Change ManagementImplementation Vendors#bangalorejobs #EPM #onesteam
