Working Hours :- 10:00 AM to 7:00 PMJOB SUMMARYMaagoi India is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts & Operations Executive to manage accounting, vendor coordination, quotations, billing, GST compliance, and event-related procurement. The candidate should preferably have experience in hospitality, events, resorts, hotels, or corporate sectors and must be capable of handling end-to-end financial and operational coordination for residential meetings, conferences, and corporate events across India and international destinations.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESHandle day-to-day accounting entries in Tally.Prepare client quotations for residential meetings, conferences, and corporate events (Domestic & International).Coordinate with hotels, resorts, venues, and event vendors for rates, bookings, and negotiations.Manage event-related purchases and procurement requirements.Prepare event billing, invoices, and post-event financial summaries.Handle GST filing, tax compliance, and accounting documentation.Prepare MIS reports and financial performance reports.Draft and send professional emails to corporate clients, vendors, and partners.Maintain vendor accounts, payment follow-ups, and reconciliations.Support management with operational coordination and event financial planning.EDUCATIONMinimum Education :- / / Graduate in Commerce / M.B. A. FinanceTechnical Qualification :- CA Inter / Accounting Certification / Tally Certification (Preferred)EXPERIENCEMinimum Experience :- 3 to 5 YearsPreferred Industry Background :- Hotels / Resorts / Event Management / Hospitality / Corporate SectorBEHAVIOURAL & TECHNICAL SKILLSStrong knowledge of Tally and accounting principles.Good knowledge of GST filing and taxation.Strong negotiation skills.Vendor management and coordination skills.Excellent quotation preparation and billing skills.Knowledge of event-related purchasing and procurement.Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.Good typing speed and documentation skills.Strong email drafting and communication skills.Fluent in English (Reading, Writing & Speaking).Good analytical and MIS reporting skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE• Candidate with hospitality/event industry exposure will be preferred.• Candidate should be willing to work from office (Attapur, Hyderabad).• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
