The candidate should have a strong understanding of interior design, estimation, and execution alignment.ResponsibilitiesPrepare accurate BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and project quotationsPerform cost estimation and budgeting for interior projectsCoordinate with design, procurement, and execution teamsEnsure alignment between design plans and project costingWork with vendors to obtain pricing and material detailsTrack project costs and support in cost control and optimizationAssist in project planning and execution supportMaintain documentation and ensure accuracy in reports and estimatesQualifications2 – 5 years of experience in interior fit-out / estimation / quantity surveyingAge below 32 yearsBackground in Interior Design / Civil Engineering / Quantity SurveyingStrong knowledge of AutoCAD, BOQ, and quotation preparationExperience in residential interior projectsGood understanding of materials, costing, and execution workflowStrong analytical and communication skillsRequired SkillsBOQ PreparationCost EstimationInterior Fit-outAutoCADVendor CoordinationProject CoordinationPreferred SkillsCandidates from NICMAR (Pune) / RICSExperience in residential interior projectsAbility to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlinesPay Range and Compensation PackageAs per industry standards
