Acted as a key contact for IT issues, maintaining service continuity across infrastructure, lab systems, and end-user services. Managed lab instrument software, connectivity, and site IT assets while supporting network/server operations. Collaborated with stakeholders and vendors to deliver IT solutions, drive project execution, and ensure compliance with data integrity and IT policies.Key Responsibilities:Provide end-to end IT support for laboratory systems, including benchtop computing, instrument software, and lab applicationsCoordinate with instrument vendors to ensure seamless integration, compliance, and system reliabilitySupport site IT infrastructure, business applications, and execution of local/global IT projectsEnsure high availability and performance of IT services through hands-on support and collaboration with global teamsDeliver IT support for pilot plant and facility automation systems, including data centers and network environmentsManage stakeholder communication, IT procurement, asset lifecycle, and compliance documentationAct as a key contact for end-user IT issues outside standard service scope, ensuring timely resolutionRequired Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Veterinary Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field 5+ years of relevant professional experience in IT support or infrastructure roles Experience in Pharmaceutical R&D and laboratory operations is an added advantage Strong technical troubleshooting expertise across Windows desktops and servers, networking, printing services, IP telephony, servers, storage, and network equipment Solid understanding of IT systems and infrastructure, with hands-on experience in support and implementation Good knowledge of desktop platforms, server environments, and network infrastructure Proficiency in MS Office, SharePoint, ServiceNow, MS Project, and Power Platform Working knowledge of RDBMS, cloud computing, and emerging technologies such as AI tools Proven ability to monitor, manage, and support IT infrastructure and services in high-pressure environmentsHow to Apply:Ready to take your career to the next level?
