Role Description Studio Fountainhead is seeking a motivated and skilled BIM Architect for a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. Responsibilities include creating and managing building information models (BIM), developing architectural designs and detailed drawings, preparing construction and submittal documents, and collaborating with project teams to ensure successful project execution. The role requires adherence to project specifications and timelines while maintaining high standards of quality in design and execution. Qualifications Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural DrawingsExpertise in Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and softwareExperience in producing accurate Construction Drawings and SubmittalsStrong understanding of project coordination and built environment practicesExcellent design and technical skills with attention to detailBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related fieldPrevious experience in urban design or infrastructure projects is a plus
