The candidate will ensure compliance with statutory regulations and handle end-to-end payroll activities.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employeesEnsure timely and accurate salary disbursementHandle statutory compliance such as PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, etc.Maintain payroll records and employee dataCoordinate with HR and Finance teams for payroll inputsHandle employee queries related to salary, deductions, and benefitsPrepare payroll reports and MISEnsure compliance with company policies and legal regulationsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or related field4–8 years of experience in payroll processingStrong knowledge of payroll software and MS ExcelGood understanding of labor laws and statutory compliancePreferred Skills:Attention to detail and accuracyStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood communication skillsAbility to handle confidential information
