It offers an excellent opportunity for professionals experienced in export-import operations, documentation, and international logistics.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site position based in Navi Mumbai for an EXIM (Export-Import) Manager in the Gems and Jewellery sector. The EXIM Manager will oversee and manage all export-import operations, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and develop strategies for reducing costs and optimizing processes. Responsibilities include coordinating with clients, vendors, and supply chain teams, preparing shipping documentation, managing customs clearance, ensuring adherence to international trade regulations, and maintaining industry-specific compliances. The role requires efficient tracking of shipments, resolution of trade-related issues, and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to streamline operations.QualificationsProven knowledge and experience in export-import operations and shipping documentation management.Familiarity with international trade and customs compliance, specifically in the Gems and Jewellery industry.Skilled in logistics coordination, supply chain management, and vendor communication.Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage trade-related challenges efficiently.Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail in documentation and processes.Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems to track and manage shipping and compliance activities.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field is preferred.Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced and dynamic environment in Navi Mumbai.Experience in handling special compliance requirements for the Gems and Jewellery sector is a plus.
