Location: MumbaiExperience: 2–3 YearsIndustry Preference: News Channel / Digital Media / YouTube / Business NewsAbout the RoleWe are looking for a skilled and proactive Cameraman / Videographer for our new YouTube channel focused on Business News, Finance, Markets, Startups, and Economy content. The ideal candidate should have experience in studio and on-ground shoots, strong camera handling skills, and the ability to capture high-quality visuals in a fast-paced news environment.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle studio shoots for anchors, interviews, discussions, and explainer videos.Manage on-ground shoots for business events, startup stories, office visits, and field coverage.Set up camera equipment, lighting, audio, and framing for professional-quality recordings.Capture engaging B-roll footage relevant to business and finance stories.Coordinate with anchors, producers, editors, and editorial team for smooth shoot execution.Ensure proper focus, exposure, sound sync, and visual quality during shoots.Manage multiple-camera setups when required.Maintain camera gear, accessories, batteries, memory cards, and studio equipment.Deliver footage promptly for editing and publishing timelines.Required Skills2–3 years of experience as a Cameraman / Videographer in news channel / digital media / YouTube production.Strong knowledge of DSLR, mirrorless, ENG cameras, lenses, tripods, gimbals, and lighting setups.Understanding of framing, composition, camera movement, and visual storytelling.Experience in studio shoots, interviews, and quick turnaround newsroom shoots.Basic understanding of audio recording with mics and sound equipment.Ability to work under deadlines and flexible schedules.
