At Orbit , we are building a consumer app. This is based on a behavioral psychology framework grounded in Big Five psychology and active research in personality science. The framework is live and under continuous development. We're hiring a Consulting Psychologist to lead the ongoing research behind it. What you'll do Lead continuous empirical validation of the framework Design and run psychology research, behavioral studies, and psychological assessments with users Translate research findings into concrete product features and product decisions Conduct qualitative interviews and behavioral analysis with early users Review and contribute to ongoing academic literature in psychology, behavioral science, and personality research Publish and co-author white papers and related publications as the research evolves Work directly with the founder on product direction, with psychology research as the input Who we're looking for Psychology, behavioral science, or cognitive science backgrounds. BA, MA, MSc, MPhil, or PhD in Psychology. Clinical psychologists, counseling psychologists, research psychologists, or behavioral scientists are all welcome Good to have : Hands-on experience with empirical research, qualitative and quantitative methods, survey design, psychological assessments, or personality research.
