Title: Platform Administrator (AI & SaaS Platforms)Contract: initial 6 months with extensions possibleLocation: RemoteShift hours: Rotational shiftsRole OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Platform Administrator to support the deployment, administration, and governance of enterprise AI tools and SaaS platforms. This role will focus on enabling secure, scalable adoption of emerging AI technologies across the organization, including tools such as Claude and Lovable.The ideal candidate has a strong background in SaaS administration, identity and access management, and enterprise tool deployment, with a growing or demonstrated focus on supporting AI platforms in a corporate environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the deployment and onboarding of enterprise AI tools (e.g., Claude, Lovable, ChatGPT Enterprise, etc.)Manage tool configuration, licensing, and user provisioning across AI and SaaS platformsPartner with security and IT teams to implement governance, compliance, and access controls for AI tool usageIntegrate AI tools with existing enterprise systems (e.g., SSO via Okta, identity platforms, internal tooling)Own user lifecycle management, including onboarding, permissions, and deprovisioningDevelop and maintain documentation, usage guidelines, and best practices for internal teamsMonitor tool adoption, usage trends, and performance; recommend optimizationsSupport vendor coordination, including licensing agreements and feature rolloutsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful enterprise rollout and adoption of AI toolsTroubleshoot and resolve issues related to platform access, configuration, and integrationsRequired Qualifications4–7+ years of experience in SaaS administration, systems administration, or platform engineeringProven experience managing enterprise SaaS tools (e.g., Okta, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, etc.)Hands-on experience with identity and access management (IAM), SSO, and user provisioningExperience supporting or deploying new technology platforms in an enterprise environmentStrong understanding of security, compliance, and governance for SaaS toolsAbility to manage multiple systems and stakeholders in a fast-paced environmentStrong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skillsExperience deploying or administering AI tools such as Claude, Lovable, ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft Copilot, or similarExperience with AI tool governance, internal policy creation, or responsible AI practicesFamiliarity with API integrations and automation toolsBackground in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plusExperience working with vendor licensing models and enterprise procurement processes
