Role Overview This is a hands-on operations role focused on accurate and timely bookkeeping and disciplined receivables follow-up to support cash collection across multiple regions. The Finance Operations Assistant will handle daily data entry, invoice processing, reconciliations, follow-up on outstanding receivables and maintenance of financial records. The role requires consistency, attention to detail, and the ability to work with high volumes and structured follow-up processes. Key Responsibilities : Daily bookkeeping and financial data entry across multiple regions AP/AR maintenance, payment processing support, and documentation checks Receivables tracking, follow-ups, dispute coordination, and escalations Reconciliations and validation of balances and payments Month-end close support and basic financial reporting Digital filing and audit readiness Cross-functional and external coordination Must-Have Skills & Attributes : Strong hands-on experience in bookkeeping, AP/AR, and reconciliations Working knowledge of receivables ageing and collection follow-ups High attention to detail and documentation discipline Ability to manage multi-region data and multiple trackers Clear written communication for client follow-ups Comfortable coordinating with internal stakeholders and external accountants Well-organized, deadline-driven, and process-oriented Good with numbers and repetitive workflows. Experience & Education : 2-7 years of basic accounting or operations experience Prior experience in accounts receivable, collections, or debt recovery is a strong advantage Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field ACCA / CMA / CPA / CA(Intermediate) - pursing or completed is a plus Whom will you report to?
